PuzzleTwist®
Not the same old jigsaw… puzzles with a twist!
What you see isn’t what you get! PuzzleTwist® jigsaw puzzles are new and unique puzzle adventures with exciting and unexpected twists! Piece by piece, something surprising awaits as your puzzle is revealed. It’s jigsaw with a bit more challenge and a ton more fun! Once you’ve been twisted, you’ll never go back.
We created this line of jigsaw puzzles with the intent of making the whole jigsaw puzzle experience more fun. The twist that is common with all of our puzzles is that the image on the box cover will always be slightly different from the jigsaw puzzle you assemble. This makes our jigsaw puzzles more challenging than traditional jigsaw puzzles. However, our intent is NOT to create an impossible puzzle to assemble. We hope to provide you with a jigsaw puzzle that is more engaging and enjoyable as you discover a few unexpected changes and surprises during the assembly process – hopefully a few that put a smile on your face and when finally completed with a great sense of accomplishment. We truly hope you enjoy assembling our PuzzleTwist brand jigsaw puzzles as much as we’ve enjoyed creating them.

I just received the Canal Park, Duluth puzzle as a gift and I am so excited. I am a born Duluthian and lived right across the Aerial Lift Bridge and canal On Park Point—Minnesota Point. I can’t wait to begin the puzzle. Tomorrow’s plans are all canceled!!
My husband was stationed in Duluth as a Coast Guard and was in charge of the red roofed lighthouse bulkhead at the end of the South Pier. He also, during his three year duty, painted the Inner South Pier Light with a rope around his waist and a bucket of paint in one hand and a brush in the other. He and I love Duluth, and I still have two sisters who reside there.
All the familiar buildings are so accurately displayed from what I can see from the box.
I left Duluth 65 years ago, but my heart remains there. It is a captivating city and Park Point was my little miracle of a spot on earth. I can see where it is right down the street on the other side of the bridge! Thank you!!!!!
Could not find help with the answers to the twists in my puzzle. The address for answers did not come up—-HELP
Linda, email me at sales@maynardsllc.com with the puzzle you need answers to and I will email them to you. Best regards, Tony

We got the Fish frenzy puzzle for Christmas and enjoyed putting it together.. But somehow we are missing 3 pieces. Any way to replace these?
Joyce, can you email us photos of where the pieces are missing (so we can identify the shapes) and also take a photo of the complete puzzle (so we can identify the location)? If so, we can send you a replacement.
I got Beginner’s Luck as a gift and put it together, but seven pieces are missing. I don’t think I lost them; is it possible the puzzle was sold with pieces missing?
I’ve talked with production/quality control and they state that it is unlikely for seven pieces to be missing. However, they stated that it could happen. In any event, if you can send us a photo of the missing pieces we can try to send you replacements. Email photos with your address to sales@maynardsllc.com.

Our family enjoys putting jigsaw puzzles together as a relaxing diversion from the “plugged-in” world of electronic devices. We happened upon the Something’s Amiss puzzles, found the idea intriguing, and ordered the “Wings of Winter” to try. It was great fun discovering the little changes as we worked our way through assembling the puzzle, and the challenges weren’t so difficult as to be discouraging. The puzzle quality is very nice, and the finished result is quite beautiful. Thank you for offering a different type of puzzle! We will be certain to recommend to family and friends, and try more puzzles like this in the future.
Terry,
Thanks for the nice message. So happy to hear your whole family enjoys the puzzles. It’s messages like this that keeps us going! We’ll make more. 🙂
I was given Wings of Winter as a birthday gift on Dec. 23. My husband and I enjoyed the puzzle very much. It had good quality, interlocking pieces even though they don’t match up entirely, wonderful colors, and intriguing changes. It was a bigger challenge with the twist but one we definitely enjoyed taking on.
At PuzzleTwist, they develop jigsaw puzzles to enhance and reinvent the jigsaw building experience. Their intent is to make the whole assembly process vibrant, rejuvenating and all around more enjoyable than the past. Providing images that are fun to piece together and an occasional twist that they hope will make you smile!
We purchased and putting together the Cabin Rules puzzle twist puzzle and somehow we are missing one piece. I am confident the piece was not lost or dropped. Can the piece be replaced.
If you can send us a photo of the missing piece location and another photo of the complete puzzle we can send you a replacement piece! Include your address.
Thanks,
Tony
Hello, I received the Game Day Packer Puzzle as a gift.
We were so excited we started putting the puzzle together right away. We separated the outside pieces first and put that together, with one piece missing. The puzzle is now done and we have three total pieces missing, I am quite sure the pieces were not lost or dropped, we lay the pieces out on a large piece of cardboard on a huge table. Can these piece be replaced? We had hoped on framing this puzzle. We have put multiple puzzles together this fall and winter and three of them had duplicate pieces in the box, so I understand this can happen.
Deb, if you can send us photos of the missing piece locations we can try to find you replacement pieces.
Best regards,
Tony
Tony, thank you for the missing pieces.
Great customer service!
Hello, we recently bought a puzzle twist of Minneapolis. After buying it we immediately started and finished it in two days. We finished the puzzle and ended up with two missing pieces, less than half way through the puzzle I knew we were missing at least one piece. I’m sure we couldn’t have misplaced them or got lost. I do puzzles all the time and this has never happened before, I lay all the pieces out on a puzzle mat that we roll up after ever use. I was wondering if it was possible to have these pieces replaced?I really was looking forward to framing my puzzle.
Irma, so sorry about the missing pieces. Please email us a photo of the complete puzzle and a close up photo of the missing piece locations and we’ll try to find some replacement pieces to send you.
Best regards,
Tony
